Coming up over the next few posts.......

Over the next few weeks, I am going to thinking about escapism and how it helps me feel better. I have thought about this a lot, and being able to sit down, and do something that completely takes my mind away from how I’m feeling is fundamental to my mental happiness.

Lots of people in the mainstream media will advice exercise or a nice walk to get the endorphins going, these are very important, especial for us with PH, but I don't know about you but these are NOT the enjoyable part of my day. In fact they are my least enjoyable moments of the day as they remind me of how ill I am.

So, I have had to find other ways i.e ways of sitting down and letting the endorphins out.

I have found escapes in;

- Books

- Art’s and Crafts

- TV and Films

- Houseplants.

- Podcasts & Music

- Writing and Journaling

Over the next few weeks, I am going to investigate how these benefits; me personally and if there is any known science into why these things make me and maybe you happier!

Anyways got to go guys, lot of thinking and too do!
